PHP Developer

Join our team and work alongside a team of developers to create bespoke solutions for huge brands including Santander, L’Oréal, BT and River Island.

Key Accountabilities and responsibilities of role:

  • Utilise your expertise and knowledge of industry practices to perform various development tasks such as, coding, app development and web development
  • Work across the full Software Development Lifecycle, with performance, scalability and security in mind
  • Demonstrate good judgment when selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions, ensuring high quality and accuracy is maintained through to software release
  • Work with designers and developers to ensure all client delivery is best in class for design, development and user experience
  • Put forward suggestions to improve the company’s internal processes, technological improvement and quality assurance
  • Investigate, analyse and document reported defects
  • Troubleshooting and problem solving
  • Responsibly handle, classify and manage all information, whether internal or received from external parties

Required Skills

  • Laravel or another PHP MVC Framework (such as Zend, Codeignitor, CakePHP)
  • Using API’s
  • GIT
  • JavaScript
  • JQuery
  • UX working knowledge
  • Experience of a Javascript Framework (such as Vue, React, Angular, Node)
