Office Administrator


Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire

Salary: Circa £16,500

An exciting opportunity to join a business and team experiencing a period of rapid and exciting growth. We require an enthusiastic and proactive individual to provide administrative support to our team and across MCG. Reporting to the Executive Assistant, you’ll be responsible for ensuring our team have everything they need to succeed in their roles on a daily basis. We’re looking for a fast-paced, multi-tasker who thrives working on multiple projects at any one time with the flexibility to re-prioritise tasks where necessary. This role is key to the overall success of the business, facilitating the wider MCG team to deliver first class service to clients around the world.

Key Accountabilities and responsibilities of role:
• Provide organisational and administrative support across MyCleverGroup
• Providing administrative support to Management Team
• Supporting building/facilities processes where required
• Meet and greet all external visitors
• Responding and processing incoming enquiries via web form submission, phone and email
• Coordinate internal and external meetings
• Prep meeting rooms and order external catering where required
• Coordinating incoming and outgoing mail
• Coordinate weekly shop including online food order, Nespresso, stationery and cleaning supplies
• Coordinate travel arrangements for client visits and events for staff working across our Stoke-on-Trent and Manchester offices
• Take minutes and circulate notes at weekly management meetings
• Proof read content inputted into our MCG Learning Management System
• Support adhoc projects across MyCleverGroup as and when needed

Required skills:
• Experience of working in a fast-paced administrative role
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills with strong written / communication skills
• Excellent telephone skills – you will be a key point of contact across MyCleverGroup
• Excellent diary and time management skills
• Resilient and able to deal with fast changing priorities and deadlines
• Able to manage competing priorities with a flexible, calm and organised approach
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong team work ethic
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Proactive in using new technology (e.g. AdobeSign)

Standard Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 37 1/2 hours between 8am and 6pm
