Head of Client Accounts

You will be working with huge brands including Santander, L’Oreal, BT, River Island, ensuring customer satisfaction is maintained across all accounts and all projects are delivered to set business standards and inside the managed customer expectation.

The Head of Client Accounts will build successful relationships inside current customer accounts and take a proactive approach to identifying new opportunities with proactive monitoring of customer activity.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Overall responsibility for all account existing client accounts, maintaining a clear account and communication strategy for each account
  • Work alongside Senior Team to actively build new client relationships
  • Lead the management of pitch preparation for new business opportunities, producing and presenting new business proposals
  • Create a pipeline of new business to forecast performance against budget expectations
  • Lead and manage a team of 3 project co-ordinators including monitoring individual performance and workload, holiday and absence management, supporting continued professional development


About you

  • A minimum of two years’ experience managing client relationships
  • The ideal candidate will have a background in Training/HR but this should not deter candidates from other sectors
  • Confidence and ability to quickly build productive relationships with external stakeholders (our clients), contractors, Directors and the internal team
  • Organised – Ability to manage own workload and prioritise tasks
  • Flexibility to occasionally work outside of work hours and travel to clients based across the UK
  • Highly attentive to detail
  • Enjoys being part of a fast paced and close-knit team
  • An excitement for new tasks and challenges

  • Enjoys the challenge of working to strict deadlines
  • Experience of using a ticketing system
